RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 10 days of delivery. Please contact the SERTUG Team to obtain a returns authorization (RMA). No exchanges will be accepted without a valid RMA.

  • Products must be returned in a clean and new condition, with all pricing, packaging, and brand labels secure.
  • Items purchased in the sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these specific reasons.
  • To exchange items for a different size are based on stock availability and will incur a re-delivery charge
  • Exchange for another item is also possible and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.
  • We offer free pick-up services for items in case the wrong product is being dispatched to the customer or those have defects.
  • We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by the SERTUG team.
  • The replacement process time due to pickup and delivery can take up to 2 weeks time depending upon the availability of the item in our stocks.
  • We request that all our awesome SERTUG customers strictly follow washing instructions.
  • We will not process any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Instead, a website credit shall be issued against the refused parcel once it reaches back to our stock so long as the customer has already paid for the item
  • In case of paid order being modified, a partial refund will be credited back to your account once the remaining order is shipped. If the entire paid order is being canceled, then the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks’ time.
  • We encourage our customers only to place orders from our official website www.sertugclothing.pk as SERTUG does not sell through any other platform.

Once your product is assessed by the relevant team, you will be offered an exchange/website credit subject to availability.

REFUND

We have no existing refund policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock, or if the product is in a defective condition, refunds may be exempted. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

We shall not entertain any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Instead, store credit shall be issued against the refused parcel once it reaches back to our stock.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. In this instance, our Exchange policy will apply. SERTUG reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, declined payment by your authorized payment institution, or pricing imprecisions.
